In this video I put my own blood in a vacuum chamber to test what happens to human blood in a vacuum like space. I went and got a small amount of my blood drawn in order to put it in the vacuum. It was put in a vile that has anticoagulant in it so that it would stay a liquid and we could test it. Then I put the vile of blood in the vacuum chamber. I talk about the myth I have heard that your blood is actually blue in your veins, but it is red once exposed to the oxygen. Then I talk about how there is a myth that your blood would boil in space. Then I put the vile of blood in the vacuum chamber! See what happens!
