Why are we more anxious now than ever before? In this episode, we take a look at some of the genetic and environmental factors that can lead to increased anxiety. Beyond that, it's SO complex and a variety of other factors lead to us experiencing different levels of anxiety. It's a difficult question to answer scientifically without becoming speculative. Do you feel more anxious? Why? Still, there are ways we can practice self care (meditating, exercising, limiting caffeine intake) to help be more of a warrior and less of a worrier.
