I decided to video my experiments and thought process as I try to work out exactly how this two speed centrifugal clutch works. I also decided not to use many annotations except where I thought you might miss something if it wasn't noted. This is an example how I have learned most of what I know. Reading, and experimenting in the shop.

I was wrong about the purpose of the Clutch. It prevents the motor from STARTING under a heavy load. Once things are spinning the clutch engages and there is much less stress on the motor. See I am still learning!
