Microsoft experts showcase experimental software by using an Xbox Kinect to make a 3D scan of Sir Isaac Newton's Death Mask. The mask - cast from Newton's face after he died - is kept in the collection of The Royal Society in London.
With thanks to Microsoft Research Cambridge, The Royal Society - and YouTuber AlanKey86 for the music.
Professor Martyn Poliakoff is foreign secretary of The Royal Society. The Microsoft guys scanned him too!
