In this video I do an experiment to see if it is possible to pick yourself up. If it isn't possible I show you the actual forces behind it by using a scale while I'm trying to pick myself up. I show you the closest thing to being able to pick yourself up off the ground without jumping. Then I talk about momentum and finally negative mass as a source of anti-gravity which bends space time the opposite direction.
