Hi. Just a little blender tutorial to help beginner animators tackle the run cycle!

Download 'Flip Keyframes' Addon:

Note: This addon is not supported in 2.67+ (the developer is working on it)

If you're using the latest version of Blender then you may have to manually copy/paste each keyframe with ctrl+c, ctrl + alt+ v as was done earlier in the video. Should only take a few seconds ;)
