The Next Generation of RFID Implants: The FlexNT

Back in 2005 Amal Graafstra became the first non commercial user of implantable RFID chips in humans. Following the intense interest by the public, he started the company DangerousThings and brought RFID implants to the market. Over the years the design has continued to be improved and the latest model is one of the coolest yet. Unlike it's earlier cousins, the FlexNT is a flexible RFID implant. This means it has a much larger antenna making it readable from much further away.

In this video we go over the implant procedure and some of the many uses for an implant like this.
