There are many ways to help a YouTube channel with the simplest and most effective being sharing and liking videos you enjoy. But...

Notes:
1. I don't have a timeline for the demolition yet.
2. They are buying the right to use my land for utilities and easement...I technically still own it. But, after they dig it up, slope it, and pave for water runoff, I can’t really use it for anything.
Bottom line: they are not (and don't have to ) giving me the full value of the land. I didn’t know that was a thing. But you can look it up. However I got an appraisal of the building and they are paying the value of the building itself.
Because I still "own" the land I still pay taxes on it etc.
3. Moving the building is not an option.
4. I investigated whether I should use a lawyer... but from what I can tell so far...it is looking more like breaking even to losing by the time the lawyer is paid.
5. When I said I need help I am specifically referring to making the vision for the channel a reality. Eventually I will have another building. But, to make this happen at the scale I have in mind, I have to start allowing others to help. Thinking about building a shop again by myself is what made me realize this. The goal is to draw people to engineering with amazing projects, inspire ideas, then teach them how to do it.
