The Queen of Smiles fight is straightforward. She has a windmill attack when her HP drops below 50% after she shoots swords radially. Just block or dodge is the easiest strategy and she is fairly easy to beat.

The Mad Alchemist fight is a little more difficult. Stand only on the platforms on either left or right side. Block his lightning, fire, blade attacks and don't let the poison blobs near you. Bring antidotes in case you are poisoned, but don't use too many if you don't need to.
