The community remix mod has 3 new characters: Brain, Belly and Big Tam (SLEEPCYCLES). There are several new mutations and a new ammo type. It is not like the ultra mod, that recreates weapons and elements that exist in the release version of the game. I really like the new content, but there are some bugs and elements in this mod that I do not enjoy. I am excited to see this get updated.
