This device uses 150 kV DC to generate corona discharge to produce ozone, which I'm going to use for a chemistry project.

The arcs are actually undesirable cause they make an NOx/NO2 side product, but it looks cooler for the video. Also much of the corona is outside the metal lid, which will be fixed with a plastic lid.
